After just over a year’s break from the Real Estate Industry, I have come back to Ray White as Property Manager.
I am a Stanmore Bay local and though I was bought up in the wild west, I holidayed at my Nana's bach in Manly since I was born. I made a permanent move to Whangaparaoa in 2001 when I returned from my O.E. Therefore, I know the Whangaparaoa area very well and have certainly seen the many changes over the last 30 years.
I completed my Real Estate Sales Person's Certificate in 2006 and spent two years in sales. I then switched to a Property Management administration role with a small local firm. In 2009 I made a move to Ray White and back to a sales role. Here I spent many hours re-training, including the updates to the Real Estate Agents Law, and had a successful run.
Fresh after my break, I am looking forward to gaining momentum in the Property Management division. I believe we have a great team here at Ray White; with fantastic systems and procedures. I hope to build solid relationships with both Property Investors and tenants alike.
